Mounting- Kit:
The E46 Mounting was suited especially to the Double-DIN bezel. Solid and clear
construction,functionality, amount of adjustment and especially just installation
without any gluing were main focus... in short words, no trash behind the coulisse
and workout for everybody !!
Lot of people argue the D-DIN isn´t possible at all for the E46... we want to correct
that!!Please keep in mind that the D-DIN devices often exceed the 3kg barrior,
therefore a fixing at the original plastic radio-holder isn´t very recommendable
Construction:
- mounting-kit completely satin stainless steel, fully lasered and laser-signed
- totall depth of devices up to 220mm from dashboard, pretty space also for you backside cables
- absolute robust device holder, at 4 points directly connected to the dashboard
- adjustable in depth & height, also main azimuth angle from 5- 15°
- no creaking, clattering or the like of the heavy D-DIN devices
- frontside bezel totally decoupled and stress free
- Behr air housing with revolving seal foil airtighted
- only screwing connection, no gluing or other bonding necessary
- temperature resistent sealing band, fastening plate for the sensor integrated
